Caroline Gould, based in Suffolk, worked as a hotel Wedding Planner before moving into various management positions, leading teams across the country. Caroline launched Endless Love in 2009 to enable her to use her passion for romance and event management to create bespoke weddings. She keeps up to date with current trends and can also provide extensive knowledge of traditional wedding etiquette. She knows what works and what doesn’t! She had an interest in weddings from an early age, and can be seen in photographs age 6 wearing her mum’s veil – she went on to wear that same veil at her own wedding in 2005. The UK Alliance of Wedding Planners
As an associate member of the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners (UKAWP), Endless Love adheres to the following code of ethics:
- Respond to enquiries within 48 hours
- Respect client confidentiality
- Disclose all suppliers that they have a vested interest in
- Always pass discounts and/or commission onto the client
- Ensure their Public Liability insurance is up to date
- Never give client details to any third party unless for the sole purpose of the wedding
- Respect copyright of all planners, co-ordinators and related suppliers
- Represent each client fairly and honestly
