Wedding Planning Workshops - £50 per person or £75 for two
You want to plan your own wedding but are not sure where to start. At these interactive workshops we will give you all the knowledge and tools you need to plan a stress free wedding on budget.

Bespoke advice service – £45 per hour
You are happy to plan your own wedding but need some help in a particular area. Whether it's ideas and inspiration, money saving tips or general advice, we will:
- Conduct a consultation via email or telephone to determine your requirements
- Meet you at a time and place convenient to you
- Send a follow-up report detailing our discussion and the next steps
Supplier search - £50 per supplier
You need help finding a particular supplier, whether it's the person to make your perfect cake, a photographer or florist. Using our extensive database of suppliers, Endless Love can help find the right one for you.
We will:
- Conduct a consultation via email or telephone to determine your requirements
- Carry out a detailed search for your chosen supplier
- Create a report detailing 3 options
Venue search - £100
You require assistance finding the best venue for your wedding. Whether its the wedding ceremony, reception or both, Endless Love can find your perfect venue.
We will:
- Conduct a consultation via email or telephone to determine your requirements
- Carry out a detailed search for your venue
- Create a report detailing 3 options
On the day co-ordination - £350
Everything is booked and the planning is complete. You want the day to flow effortlessly. We can take the stress out of your wedding and co-ordinate the whole day. All you have to do is enjoy yourselves.
We will:
- Meet with you two weeks prior to your wedding to discuss the full details
- Devise a timed plan of the day
- Provide unlimited email and telephone support to the wedding party
- Work with your chosen suppliers to ensure your day goes to plan
- Provide etiquette advice where required
- Experienced Wedding Planner present on the day for up to 9 hours to co-ordinate all activities
Final two months - £900
You’ve got all the suppliers booked and you want to enjoy a stress free couple of months before you get married. Sit back and relax as we finalise all the plans and co-ordinate the whole day.
We will:
- Meet with you two months prior to your wedding to discuss the full details
- Provide a report detailing outstanding tasks and duties
- Provide recommendations on any suppliers not booked
- Arrange guest accommodation and travel
- Liaise with all suppliers in the run up to the wedding and on the day
- Devise a timed plan of the day
- Provide unlimited email and telephone support to the wedding party
- Provide an experienced Wedding Planner, present on the day for up to 9 hours, to co-ordinate everything
Full planning – from £2,500
You have lots of ideas but need someone to guide you through planning and designing your ideal wedding from start to finish. Endless Love can take the stress away, you make all the decisions, we do all the hard work.
We will:
- Conduct a free, no obligation consultation at a time and place convenient to you
- Produce a detailed proposal with a plan for the wedding
- Produce a comprehensive time line detailing tasks and timings
- Produce a budget recommendation
- Organise regular client meetings (frequency dependant on time scales)
- Provide regular emails/status reports (frequency dependant on time scales)
- Source, negotiate and manage venue and suppliers
- Arrange guest accommodation and travel
- Discuss your ideas and develop a theme and style
- Provide etiquette advice
- Devise a timed plan of the day
- Provide an experienced Wedding Planner, present on the day for up to 9 hours, to co-ordinate everything
Invitation and RSVP Management – from £50 plus postage
We will:
- Collate a master list of invited guests
- Send out invitations
- Manage RSVP's and collate final numbers including any dietary or access requirements
